This is just a quick bio about me…
Phil Collins ain't got nothin on me!
I was born and raised in the small town of Roseburg, Oregon. I actually love it there and want to raise my kids in a similar type of place someday – slow-paced, family-oriented, safe and typically uneventful. I went to high school in Sutherlin and graduated with 95 really great kids who are becoming pretty interesting and successful adults. Thanks to the internet phenomenom of facebook and blogs, we have a way of staying in touch.
After my freshman year of college I served a two year mission to Honduras, Central America for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was more than a growing experience as the people I met and served, coupled with the principles I learned and taught defined much more clearly who I am, and what I would like to become. Every decision I have since made can be tracked back as being influenced from my mission. Consequently, they were the two most important years of my life.
In August of 2006 I married my best friend. Yessidey is amazing and is truly my better half. She keeps me grounded when my imagination and aspirations carry me away, yet motivates me daily to be a better person. I love her dearly.

In June of 2007, I graduated from Portland State University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration - my major was Marketing. I was led to an opportunity to work with an athletic footwear wholesaler in Dallas, TX which was looking for someone to head up a more targeted effort in Central and South America. Although I am no longer working with that company, we have adjusted to life in the Big D and began to establish ourselves.
I am currently work in Marketing and am pursuing my MBA at the University of Texas – Dallas.
